Meet LISA GUADAGNA

Lisa has over 25 years of experience in international human resources in the high-tech industry in Silicon Valley. She has an extensive background in global leadership, executive coaching, development, and performance management. She received her BS from St. Mary’s College of California.

While raising her two daughters, her family had many cats, birds, and other small pets. However, she became a first-time dog owner after realizing that her empty nest was too quiet.

Lisa Guadagna joined SVPP in 2015 and was one of the founding board members. Between 2015 and 2022, Lisa sat on the SVPP board focusing on volunteer management policy and board development policy. She occupied the roles of Board Secretary and Board Chair during her tenure with SVPP. She continues to consult on human resources issues.
